My client:

*Our client is an international contact centre with well established name and excellent reputation world wide.
*They have been operating in the communication market for over 30 years successfully servicing world leader companies within 75 markets in their 200 locations.
*They are expanding constantly improving their services and technology and were recognized and awarded many times for the best customer service company.
*At the moment, the company is recruiting German speakers for their operation in the Netherlands, located on the West, very close to the boarder with Germany.
*The atmosphere is very friendly, open, and international with a professional working environment. Presently there are technical support roles for a leading touchphone


The role:
*At the moment they are looking for IT enthusiasts and motivated individuals to join their dynamic Technical Consultancy team.
*You will provide services to all customers, seller and dealers on technical issues
*You will be working in a truly multinational team and share the passion for technology
*You will start the role by a full and paid training commencing 27/09/2010

Your Profile:
*Fluent German speaker with excellent command of English
*Minimum of 6 months of customer service / technical support within a call centre environment
*Excellent team player
*Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing
*Passion for IT
