They created friendly and international environment and the offices are modern, trendy and of a very high standard. At the moment they are looking for high profile individuals with complete fluency in German to join their Technical Consultancy team.


The role:

Your job is to give professional customer service and support to product users. You will be answering the phone, replying to product or company related questions, troubleshooting in customers’ problems and giving help in all product related issues.

If you have

 a native level in German and a fluent level in English
 some good experience in IT or IT products
 strong customer service focus
