Their service portfolio includes helpdesk support, customer service, sales and marketing, etc. Their site based in South –East Brabant, Holland is now recruiting a number of German speaking Technical Support Agents to support some of renown IT manufacturers.

Job description

• As a German Technical Support Agent you will provide technical problem resolution in a professional, friendly and timely manner ensuring positive customer experience at all times

Are you suitable for this role?



If you have near native level of fluency in German, Technical Helpdesk experience, interest in Customer and strong IT skills including:

-Operating Systems (WIN98/ME/2000/XP)

- Hardware on administrator level (able to build and install a pc himself, able to install operating systems)

-MS Office

-networking (TCP/IP, internet protocol, networking protocol, WIFI),
