Based in Goerlitz, near the Polish border, this city is very welcoming and offers a range of cultural activities. Moreover my client provides to each employee 28 days of paid holidays, and a work permit for Germany!

THE ROLE:
• Advise customers of a leading hardware technology over the phone
• Working in a multicultural and dynamic team
• Advise customers on how to use modern IT products
• Data entry

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Fluent German and English
• Previous experience in call centre or Technical support/Customer Service
• Strong IT knowledge
• Keen to learn the newest edge technology

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

Location: Germany, Gorlitz
