German speaking HR consultant needed for top online compnay in Dublin - fantastic opportunity

 
My client, a fantastic online company with EU headquarters in Dublin is currently seeking qualified HR professionals who speak fluent German and English for fantastic permanent roles.
Successful candidates will have a BA/BS degree and minimum 7 years Human Resource experience including 3 years employee relations and 5+ years direct experience in a customer facing environment



Some duties will include:
• Working on a broad range of complex employee relations inquiries and HR policies and processes
• Coaching managers on employee relations issues, including assistance with administering Performance Improvement Plans and Corrective Action Plans
• Handles most aspects of involuntary terminations for employees
• Conducts investigations into employee or manager complaints that are escalated from MyHR Advisors
• Conducts investigations into employee or manager complaints and recommends the company's response
• Liaises with Legal, HRBPs, and Centers of Expertise (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Staffing and Learning & Organization Development) as needed
• Responsible for implementing necessary policy and process changes in partnership with legal team



Required skills

• Strong customer service orientation, with specialized knowledge of Employee Relations processes and policies and company policies and practices
• Excellent and innovative problem-solving, inquiry management, investigatory and issue resolution skills
• Proactive and solution focused with an ability to deal effectively with difficult interactions and tough issues
• Ability to deal with complex employee relations issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Skilled with interfacing, negotiating and exchanging information with all levels of management
• Thrives in a client-focused environment
• Ability to use technology and multi-task
• Interest in trends in HR, employee relations, and industry
