We are looking for native or fluent German speakers to work for one of the world’s IT leaders in the heart of Bulgaria’s capital city – Sofia! We welcome ALL applicants willing to experience life in one of the fastest developing European countries.
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative you will:

- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Work in a team based environment supporting your team in achieving the highest quality standards
- Provide a precise response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer’s experience through efficient, friendly, high quality responses
- Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve personal performance
- Ensure quick turnaround of order and query validation process
- Keep track of and analysing queries
- Be responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures
- Liaise directly with the Sales, customers and other internal departments
- Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer

The company offers:

Salary range: 8.7 – 11 K per annum (depending on exp) (700 – 900 per month)
Relocation: 1 moths gross salary, support with taxes and provide information re rental agencies
Training - 5weeks to 2 months depending on project
Working hours - shifts 24/7, but it is to be discussed and arranged between candidate and the company

Candidate requirements:
• German language – native or C1 / C2 on EU classification
• Good level of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Technical knowledge – only a plus, language is more important and communication – these could compensate the lack of experience
