German IT support in West Ireland

Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has 3 decades of experience in providing IT and customer service to their global client base. Their core business is IT infrastructure support of global companies helping worldwide internal users on a daily basis. With offices across Europe various positions are available today in their Irish multicultural support centre today.

Role: As a first level technical support engineer you will be the customer's first point of contact and therefore will have to produce the highest quality level of service according to the company standards. Through E-mail and telephone you will have to troubleshoot current technical issues on company product or assess by your expertise and experience the technical level of the customer inquires. You will be asked to provide support in different area: network, operating system and in-house developed software.

Skills: To apply for this position you need to be a fluent German speaker. You will need 1 year experience or more in IT support. Expertise in desktop support software and hardware is mandatory. Specific technical know-how in storage and wireless devices is an advantage. Great communication skills and experience in a multilingual IT support environment would make of you the perfect candidate.
