Requirements:
• German language – native or C1 / C2 and fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical knowledge and experience

As a Technical Support you will be responsible for
• Resolving customer queries in an effective, friendly and approachable manner
• Validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.
• Responds to customer issues and successfully resolve technical issues from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems.
• Responds to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products
