Role Overview:



My client is looking for 12 German Speaking Technical Consultants to start training on 25th March 2010. In this role your daily duties will include the following:



• Troubleshooting basic to moderately complex technical issues over the phone and if necessary escalating accordingly.

• Logging of all customer calls onto a database.

• Providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:



• Fluency in German and English

• Previous technical support/customer service experience

• Passion and Interest in IT and modern technologies

• Strong communication and organisational skills





Start dates: 25th March 2010

Contract type: Full time and Permanent

Salary range: €21,000 -€24,000

Interview process: 2 interviews - either by telephone or face to face.
