German Customer Support

Company: Our client is a global technology company that is known as one of the pioneers in their market. They have grown through sales and acquisition to being the #1 technology supplier in their field. They are now expanding their company by 20% due to increased business opportunities and are hiring additional staff in the European support centre in Cork.



Role: As a part of their German Customer support team you will deal with their high profile business clients. Your responsibilities will involve assisting their German speaking clients create, support and maintain their software interfaces. The client develops suites of technology applications that allow customers to customize communications software.

Their support professionals assist the client create, resize and change their logos and online profiles to make them inline with their corporate marketing materials. This is a busy and fast-paced support role that will see you support customers change requests via phone and email and requires attention to detail to deliver the service.



Skills: The ideal candidates will have fluency in German and English. Candidates with previous experience in web design and good technical skills are preferred. In addition you will need excellent communication skills and a good phone manner.
