Job description:

As German Customer Support your role will consist of providing customer support and answering enquiries. This will also include diagnosing the problem and to resolve it either through personal knowledge or by using the various solutions available to you.

Do YOU have the right profile for this role?

• Have a native command of German and good understanding of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service experience essential
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly, and multitask
• Professional attitude and great attention to detail
• Ability to approach problems logically.
• High ability to empathize with customer and prioritize customer’s needs.

Job specifics:

• Salary: €1600 per month
• 3 months Contract (with possibility of extension)
• Start date: Monday 1st March 2010


• Travel expenses – public transport or private car allowance
• 2 weeks initial paid training to prepare you for the role and further follow up training
