German customer support and Administration role

Role: This is a temporary role that will involve customer service and administration. As a member of their German customer service team you will be responsible for process orders received by email, phone, fax, post and assist customers with any queries. Also you will supply customers and sales representatives with information required regarding the status of an order.

Skills: To be considered for the role you will need to have a native fluent German level. You will need also some legal background and administration. Experience in customer service or processing orders is an advantage.
