GERMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT – 3 MONTHS CONTRACT IN NETHERLANDS!


Our client is an international renowned contact centre operating in 47 countries worldwide. They provide support for their clients in over 249 centers. The company is currently recruiting for German speakers for Contract Customer Support roles in Netherlands

On offer:

• Salary: €1600 per month
• Immediate interviews by phone or Face to Face
• Start date: Monday 1st March 2010
• 3 Months Contract (with possibility of extension)
• Travel expenses – public transport or private car allowance


The role will include:

• Providing customer support
• Answering the client’s customers’ enquiries
• Diagnosing the problems and resolving them through personal knowledge or with solutions provided.
• Working within an exciting and highly motivated multinational team environment.

Required skills:

• Native command of German and good understanding of English
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Professional attitude and great attention to detail
