My Client is an international Leader in the Electronics Industry. They are currently looking for German Customer Service Executive to come and work with them in their Information Management Department in Paris. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great company in a permanent role. The role: -Managing all external emails-Dealing with incoming client complaines-Managing day to day administraion duties-Look after all Post Sales Service, including order management and invoice management. Experience:- Customer Service experience in a call center. - Good PC and internet skills- A knowledge of high tech products will be a plus- Fluent German with intermediate French or English
