French Technical Support for Global Company – Netherlands based

The Client:
Our client is a leading provider of services to globally recognized technology company. Their product and services are top sellers all over the world.

At the moment, the company is recruiting for fluent French speakers for their operation in the Netherlands, located on the West, very close to the border with Germany. The atmosphere is very friendly, open, and international with a professional working environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide basic to moderately complex support to customers
* Logging of calls from customers onto the company database
* Following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues
* To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of customers
* Enrich the lives of customers by providing unparalleled customer service.
* Provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers via phone

Ideal candidate:
* Native or fluent French and a good practical knowledge of English
* Familiarity with Apple products
* Analytical mind for troubleshooting
* Good listening and comprehension skills
* Customer oriented mindset
* Good communication skill written (grammar, spelling) and verbal
* Proactive, result oriented
* Committed team player and a motivated self- starter
