My client is currently the leading international Business Process Outsourcing. Due to a continuous growth and development, French speaker and Spanish speaker customer service agents are required to expand its multilingual team in Cairo, Egypt.
Customer Service agents will work for the travel industry in a pharaonic city.

As a French/Spanish speaking customer service agent, your tasks will be :

• Online booking
• Hotel reservations
• Airlines ticketing
• In-bound sales
• Customer service/order changes
• Answer customer calls and enquires for a major travel company handling:

Skills - Candidate profile:

• Native Arabic speaker
• Fluency in French or fluency in Spanish
• 0-3 years of customer service, call-center and sales experience
• Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as “Gallelio, Travelport, Worldspan, Amadeus and Sabre” will qualify applicants for senior roles (Team Managers or Senior Agents)
