FRENCH & DUTCH SPEAKERS –Customer Service job

Our Client in Maastricht is one of the world’s favorite’s GERMAN car brands in the world. The company is best known from attention to detail, perfectionism and luxury. In Holland the company operates their Customer Assistance Service Centre which is the main point of contact for customers from Western Europe employing over 730 employees speaking 17 different languages.
The Role:
You will be a part of customer service team helping customers with a vehicle breakdown. You will provide friendly and professional road assistance to customers. Please note that this job involves shifts work (road assistance team works 24/7 and 365 days per year).
Your responsibilities:
- Answering calls from customers
- Entering calls details to an IT system
- Ensuring customers mobility as quickly as possible

Requirements:
• Higher vocational education
• Fluency in FRENCH & DUTCH (near native)
• Fluency in English (to a business level)
• Excellent communication skills
• People skills
• Computer literacy
• Experience in customer care
• Team player
• Open-minded personality

Location: Maastricht, the Netherlands
Salary: 2000-2500€ per month
