My client is a worldwide leader in contact centre services. They have 249 contact centers in 47 different countries across the globe. Their Benelux centre was founded in 1993 and employees 2100 staff. They are now looking for fluent German speakers to join their team in Netherlands on 1st March.

Job outline:
Working on behalf of the sales team you will provide customers with pre-sales information, advice on which products to purchase and process sales orders'. You will work within in an exciting and highly motivated team environment.
Handle and process all transactions by phone or email.

Required skills:

• Fluent Swedish and English
• Telesales /Sales experience
• 6 months in a call centre environment
• Preferably experience in IT or customer service
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
