My client is one of the most innovative companies in modern technology. Their European Operations Centre is located on the outskirts of Cork, Ireland’s second largest city. It is a Multi cultural environment with all European languages supported on-site and employs over 1100 agents.

Job Outline:

My client is currently expanding their technical support team and is looking for 12 fluent German speakers. As a fluent German Technical Support Agent your role will consist of:

• Providing technical support and customer service over the phone and when necessary escalate more complex problems.
• Handling most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible whilst providing and maintaining strong and professional relationships with all customers.
• Logging of all customer calls onto a database.

• Fluency in German and English
• Previous customer contact/technical support experience
• Passion and Interest in IT and modern technologies
• Strong communication and organisational skills
