Fluent Dutch Customer Service Roles in Bulgaria

Our client is a leader company in the outsourcing industry in Eastern Europe with experience in the retail and financial services industries. The company currently has 500 employees and will be hiring another 300 employees by the end of the year. They work for multinational customers in industries such as Travel & Leisure, Software, E-commerce and Financial Services

The role:
As a Dutch CSR Agent your task will be provide solutions to the client answering various questions and requests addressed by the company’s customers. The questions will be received and answered by phone and e-mail.

The ideal candidate:

o Fluent or native in Dutch.
o Fluent in English.
o Interested in internet and cars;
o Experienced in similar position, with a strong focus on customer service;
o Customer relationship skills to manage telephone-based interactions, including escalations.
