Title: Financial Advisor / Financial Consultant

Job Description:
To help sustain growth and further development our client is looking to expand its sales team. They seek agents to assist existing clients in their financial planning and to develop new business opportunities as part of this process. This is an exciting and demanding role where results will be achieved through the development of long term business relationships with individual clients and the ability to deliver professional and trusted advice to them over the long term.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Using Point of Sale and Servicing Systems to assist clients plan their financial futures
- Achieving set sales targets & objectives
- Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
- Achieving the income and business objectives in a fully compliant manner

Experience
◦A minimum of 2 years field sales experience in a similar environment.
◦Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
◦Extensive social / business networks
◦Ability to products and services
◦Strong influencing skills
◦Full clean driving licence
◦Good PC skills
◦QFA or commit to achieving the same within 3 years
◦Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
