Your role as an agent in the company:
• Define system-level testing
• Test the hardware
• Manage services

Skills and Attributes
•Native Arabic and fluent english
• Engineering degree a must
• Experience in implementation in Microsoft CRM.
• Experience in User management, Marketing modules, Customer information capture and processing, Customer complaints.
• Understanding of the Business processes like Lead to Order, Order to Cash will be added advantage

Location : Egypt
Salary: from 8000 to 10 000 EGP per month
Working hours: 40 hours per week, two days Off per week
Start date : ASAP
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Experience required: Software engineering degree
