3 UK (Native English) Customer Service in Netherlands

The client has a Customer Assistance Service Centre which provides Customer Service for a major worldwide car manufacturer. The company’s branch in the Netherlands is the contact point for Western Europe. Currently on site there are over 700 employees.


The role will consist of:
• Answering incoming calls from customers requiring assistance.
• Details are collated and entered into a computerised system. In case the problem can’t be solved by telephone, the employee contacts the nearest dealer who will send out a technician.
• The philosophy is to ensure the problem is solved efficiently as soon as possible, so the customer can stay happy with the service.

Requirements:
• Native English speaker
