My Client is a renown car brand. Their Assistance Service Centre is a major contact point for Western Europe. From their site based in Maastricht, their multilingual agents provide support in 17 European languages.

Location: Maastricht, Holland
Start date: April 1st

English Customer Service Agent
• Working in the Customer Service Department you will be primarily responsible for providing road assistance to customers experiencing a vehicle breakdown, by contacting dealers and organizing technicians.
• You will also provide information and advice in relation to general company relegated inquires
• You will demonstrate an excellent customer service skills, ensuring that all concerns and queries are resolved in professional, friendly and timely manner.

Candidate requirements
In addition to near native fluency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to prioritize. You will also have a good knowledge and understanding of British culture and geography.
