This company is a market leading food manufacturer and is developing into a household name across Britain. They offer the opportunity to build and manage a specialist maintenance team in a high volume manufacturing environment. Strong management skills will be required, working towards team and company goals.
The Role
*Managing a skilled maintenance team of 8 engineers.
*Organising a rota for around the clock maintenance.
*Up holding and implementing Health and Safety procedure.
*Liaising with suppliers, budget management
*Recruiting, growing and training the team where necessary
The Person
*Multi skilled maintenance engineering background
*Engineering qualification (HND, Degree, Apprenticeship )
*Electrically biased, experienced in programming PLC’s (Allen Bradley)
*Supervisory experience
