Engineer Manufacturing Background

Excellent Opportunity for an Experienced Engineer with a Manufacturing background!

 We are currently recruiting for an Engineer to work on a 12 month fixed term contract with our client based in Dundalk.

Due to the number and scale of their current Out Sourcing projects they have a requirement (on a fixed term contract) for an engineer to act as a liaison/conduit to facilitate the flow of information between Engineering and Sourcing.
The ideal candidate will assist in the Outsourcing, Resourcing and Cost Saving projects requiring engineering information, input and assistance.


Requirements:

3rd Level Engineering Qualification
Engineering Project Experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Essential to act as a link between Sourcing, Research&Development and Fabrication departments, as well as subcontractors and suppliers
Ability to manage and maintain project plans to agreed deadlines
Computer literate and strong written skills.
Electrical knowledge.
New Product introduction experience.
