Duty Manager

Position: Duty Manager 4* Hotel
Type: permanent and full-time
Location: Dublin North
Salary: Depending on experience up to approx €34,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a 4* Team.

Previous senior F&B or C&B experience in a Duty Management capacity within a 4 or 5 star property is essential. This is a hands-on management role.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the F&B and C&B Managers to ensure the departments run smoothly and efficiently. Your main role will be to supervise large events as well as covering Duty Management shifts at front of house when necessary.

The ideal candidate must possess previous Senior Management experience and have the ability to lead, motivate and develop team members within the Hotel. He/She will be a self starter, who works on his/her own initiative with excellent communication skills.
