Network Recruitment is proud to be working alongside a leading hairdressing suppliers in their search for a key staff member for their store in Dublin.
Trading primarily from Cash & Carry type stores, this company is at the forefront of their industry offering the best customer experience, value for money and range of products to include L’Oreal, Wella, and TIGI etc to thousands of customers across the UK and Ireland.
At present we are currently seeking applications for the post of
‘Duty Manager’ to be based in their store in Dublin.
Reporting to the branch Business Development Manager the Duty Managers main purpose will be to support the BD Manager in running the branch effective ensuring its meets set targets in sales, customer service and efficiencies.
Specific duties will include:
Maintaining branch sales
Generating new business
Staff management
Branch administration
Merchandising
Customer care
When required to actively go out calling on existing and new customers, and report on these activities
To carry out staff training and induction
To support the Business Development Manager in any issues involving staff
Till management
Banking
The successful candidate will have recent and substantial demonstrated experience within a retail environment at a similar level ideally in the hair and beauty industry. You should also have a full Driving licence.
Salary for this position will be dependant on experience, skills and industry knowledge and will most likely be between €19000-€230000, various bonus schemes will also apply.
