We are currently looking for 50 German speaking Tech Support agents to start ASAP. Attractive salary is offered to successful candidates.

As Support Specialist, you will provide help with customer service, product information, or assistance with installation and usage of hardware or software application. The support is provided by telephone, Internet, Email.

Requirements

• Native level of Dutch and very good English
• Good understanding of IT and PC’s- a personal interest is enough
• Dealing with entry level IT questions over the phone and via email
