At the moment they are recruiting for fluent Dutch speakers to in their technical team and develop within organization to level 2 and 3 tehcnical support after some time.

As Support Specialist, you will provide help with customer service, product information, or assistance with installation and usage of hardware or software application. The support is provided by telephone, Internet, Email.

Responsibilities:
 Dealing with entry level IT questions in relation to products over the phone and via email
 24 hour support- on average 1 weekend a month and 1 night per week

YOUR profile to succeed:
 Fluency in Dutch and English or Polish
 Good understanding of IT
 Interest in Information technology
 Strong communication skills
 Strong team player
