Our Client:
The client is one of the leading technical devices companies with locations worldwide. At this moment they need join new people to their Technical Support Team

As Technical Support Specialists you are part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between the company and their customers.

Your main tasks will consist on:
 Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problems solving abilities.
 Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints
 Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
 Utilize all technical resources to solve customer problems
 Serve as a point of escalation for other Helpdesk Services agents

Job Requirements:

 Fluent in Dutch and English.
 Customer oriented attitude.
 Good understanding of IT and PC’s.
