Duties
Liaising with the line manager on Recruitment needs
Ensure recruitment procedures are followed
Provide information & support on a range of employee relations issues
Disciplinary & policy procedures
Other duties & relevant projects which may arise
Actively involved with training & development
Requirements
2-5 Years experience in similar role
1+ years employee relations
Direct experience in a customer facing roles or environment
A strong ability to multi task
Excellent organisational & communication skills
University degree
