The Job: * Customer Service with Dutch



Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers

• Data entry of customer information

• Deal with incoming queries in a adequate, efficient and considerate way

• Transfer product knowledge



Requirements:

• Native level in Dutch

• Fluent in English

• Strong communication skills

• Good understanding of customer satisfaction

• Team player
