Dutch or German customer support wanted for the West of Ireland

What is the role?
The role is a combination of customer service and technical support and ideal for someone who wants to develop their knowledge in IT. The customer service aspects exist out of updating people on the product status and advising on non technical product issues. The technical support aspect is all about troubleshooting on a range of state of the art products.

Our client is a global brand name in the B2B industry and they support well known consumer products. They have offices in every continent and have won numerous awards.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who want to move in customer service or IT support. Experience in this specific area is not required, an interest in IT and willingness to learn however a must have. You have excellent phone manners, previous experience providing top of the range customer service and like working in a dynamic environment. You speak one of the following languages Dutch, Swedish or German.

Where is the role based?
The role is based in West Ireland. Ideal for people who want to have an active outdoor lifestyle or are just fed up living in Dublin.

When is the start-date?
We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

How does the interview process work?
The company will conduct a tech test and interview by phone and are offering relocation packages to candidates outside Ireland.
