The Role:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support through telephone and e-mail

• Work closely with colleagues from local team and other company sites to provide excellent services to clients

• Meet monthly target

• Report activity to direct manager

• Initiative in improving the process

Salary & relocation package:



• Attractive salary of 1565

• 1 month of paid training

• Relocation: flight + first week free accommodation



Candidate Requirements:



• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent reading comprehension skills

• Customer service experience an advantage

• Ability to use a computer

• Experience using Microsoft Office products



Location: Muenster, Germany

Salary: 1565 Euros gross per month

Type: Permanent, Contract, Full time

Experience required: 1-2 years
