DUTCH customer service role in GERMANY
The Role:
• Providing technical support and customer service over the phone
• Handling most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible whilst providing and maintaining strong and professional relationships with all customers.
• insuring quality service from a distance

Candidate Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent reading comprehension skills
• Customer service experience an advantage
• Ability to use a computer
• Experience using Microsoft Office products

Location: Gutersloh, Germany
Salary: 18000-20000 € per annum + GOOD relocation Package
Type: Permanent, Full time
Experience required: 1-2 years
