Bilingual Dutch/French customer support

• You will be providing assistance to customers, responding to their telephone or email queries on a daily basis
• You will provide advice and information in relation to products and services offered by the company
• You will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring positive customer experience

Candidate requirements

In addition to your fluency in Dutch and French and Customer Service experience, as an ideal candidate you will also demonstrate:
• Excellent Customer Service as well as oral and written communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work on your own and as a part of a team
• Motivation, enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly.
