Opportunity

Copperfasten are seeking a technical support specialist. The suitable candidatewill be joining a young, vibrant, and expanding company with the opportunity of learning about the development, on-line sale and support of world class Internet products.

Skill Set Required

A third level degree in a computing or engineering discipline.


Strong interest in Internet technologies e.g. TCP/IP networking and protocols,including DNS, SMTP, and HTTP.



Ability to learn on the job with moderate supervision.



Flexible work ethic, the ability to work well within a small team , and available for shiftwork.



Good communicator via phone and email and interested in engaging with customers.



Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and Postgress SQL would be an advantage


Main Duties

WebTitan and SpamTitan 2nd level support via our ticket system and phone.



Acquiring and in depth knowledge of the WebTitan and SpamTitan product set.



Developing and maintaining a web knowledge base for use by customers of WebTitan and SpamTitan.
