Key Duties:

Controlling the emails treated externally
Manage the clients litigations (reclamations, complaints, etc.)
Manage the administrative files' follow-up
Assure the after-sales services in relation with the orders: reimbursement, sending back

The successful candidate must have the following

Minimum 1 years experience in a call centre environment.
Fluent German
French Or English - intermediate
Knowledge of internet and new technologies
A knowledge of High Tech Product will be a plus
