About this job
Our client a leading electronic distribution company are currently looking to recruit a Danish Speaking Customer Representative.
In the customer service, you will be in charge of :
Dealing with customer emails
Manage customer compliants, returns etc.
Administration duties
Liasewith the after-sales and service team in relation with the orders: reimbursement, returns
The ideal candidate must have a experience in a call center environment. You will have knowledge of internet and new technologies. A knowledge of high tech products will be an advantage.
Danish: fluent
French or English: intermediate
