As a leading international BPO and due to the continuous growth and development, our client, currently based in Egypt, is now expanding its multilingual customer Service Team.
The Role – Customer Service:
Answering customer calls and enquires for a major travel company handling:
• Online booking
• Hotel reservations
• Airlines ticketing
• In-bound sales
• Customer service/order changes
Requirements:
• Native Arabic speaker
• Fluent French required
• 0-3 years of sales, call center or customer service experience.
• Previous experience in travel industry appreciated
