Summary: Exciting opportunity for a Complaints Quality Engineer now available for reputable medical device multinational based in Cork.



Description:

The successful candidate will be reponsible for the following:

Conducting/Performing documented failure investigations on customer complaints leading to the identification of root cause and corrective/preventive actions.

Ensuring timely closure of complaints to comply with FDA requirements.

Performing trend analysis and identifying negative trends to target for improvement.

Facilitating field actions as required.

Providing support to new product development and risk management process, including FMEA and reliability testing.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science /Engineering or Diploma in Science/Engineering, or equivalent is required.

Preferable 3+ years experience conducting failure investigations and/or performing failure analysis leading to root cause and corrective action; performing FMEA analysis and reliability testing.

Candidate should be results oriented, multi-tasking, quick learner, respond to the urgent needs of the team and show a strong track record of meeting deadlines.

Must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point.
