Croatian Technical Helpdesk Agent

• Working in the capacity of Technical helpdesk agent, you will provide support to customers, responding to their phone and email queries and troubleshooting technical problems.

• My client offers ongoing certified training and competitive salary



Ideal candidates:

• My client is looking for fluent Croatian Speakers with high level of technical skills and interested in IT

• Good Customer service and communication skills are highly desirable
