Collections Executive, Tallaght 24K

Collections Executive required for a great company located in Tallaght!

My client is currently seeking a target driven, self motivated collections executive to join its team in state of the art offices in West Dublin

This role will involve contacting clients by telephone to negotiate payment for outstanding debts for Ireland's leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will be results driven with strong negotiation skills, ensuring that overdue debts and bad debts are minimized

Main duties will include:
· Contacting customers by telephone to negotiate payment strategies and perform daily arrears calls, working on a large volume of accounts
· Updating accounts with correct information gained from calls.
· Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as designated by Team Leader.
Required skills and experience:

· 1 years' experience in a collections role in the banking industry
· Ability to make quantitative and appropriate decisions on accounts.
· Professional in approach and able to deal with a variety of individuals.
· Good communication skills, determined and focused
· Numerate and Literate.
· Working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
· Previous experience in a telephone based role.
· Enthusiastic and positive.
· Flexible, adaptable and keen to try new methods and systems.
