CNC Operator

Our client a global solutions provider in the Cork area is currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator for immediate start.



Job Responsibilities:


Manufacture of medical devices through operation of CNC lathe/milling centres and finishing equipment (C Axis, Y Axis and Integrex)
Troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
In-Process Inspection of product throughput using digital measuring equipment, shadowgraphs, CMMs, RMMs etc.
Documentation of manufacturing and inspection activities to ISO/FDA standards.

All manufacturing operations conducted in Cellular Manufacturing environment whereby all cell members share the following responsibilities ;

· Product Scheduling and performance monitoring.
· 5S Activities.
· Preventive Maintenance.
· Process Improvement

Candidate Profile:


· Skilled CNC operator with experience of machining components to high precision tolerances.
· Must be prepared to work in team-based environment and contribute to achieving team and organizational goals.
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
