Position: Channel Account Manager – German speaking
Type: full-time and permanent
Location: Galway
Salary: depending on experience up to €32,000 + bonus + benefits

The job:
A strong player in the software industry, our client works closely with a range of channel partners to service the SME market throughout the EMEA. Duties will include:
• As the link between the company and the channel partners you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the channel partners
• Act as an Account Manager and Advisor so as to enable the partners to sell our client's products in the most efficient and profitable way.
• Gather essential information for the channel partners from both internal departments and external parties, and advise them through web conference presentations on a diverse range of topics, such as the marketing and sales of the products, logistics, finances, technical issues etc.

The requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in a relationship management, pre-sales, account management or similar position in the IT/technology industry.
• Experience with providing training an advantage
• Fluency in English and German
• Loyal, committed, analytical with excellent communication and presentation skills are competencies that apply to you.
