The Customer Relationship Managers are required to sell a range of products to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, they will provide our customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
 Manage and maintain a database of accounts
Strengthen existing relationship with its high-value customers
 To respond to Customer Queries in an effective manner

Requirements:
 Relevant experience (sales, CS)
 Good telephone manner /communication skills
 Problem solving skills
 PC literate
 Be fluent in English and Norwegian
