MG International is leading global expert in contact centre recruitment. At the moment we have new roles opening to start at the middle of March in Bulgaria.
Our client is a leader company in the outsourcing industry in Eastern Europe with a strong experience in the retail and financial services industries. With different locations around the world at this moment they need to join new Customer Services Representative Agents for their office in Plovdiv – Bulgaria who speaks Dutch.
As a Dutch CSR Agent your task will provide solutions to the client answering various questions and requests addressed by the company’s customers. The questions will be received and answered by phone and e-mail.
The ideal candidate:
• Fluent or native in Dutch.
• Fluent in English.
• Interested in internet and cars;
• Experienced in similar position, with a strong focus on customer service;
• Customer relationship skills to manage telephone-based interactions, including escalations.
