Business Development Executive

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, focused and well-organised professionals to join Sales team. Experience within the online sales a huge plus.

The individuals will be responsible for researching and generating additional revenue streams for the company. The roles will suit self-starters who have previous experience in a business development role in the e-commerce or e-travel sectors.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and acquiring new accounts for a designated region and/or industry sector.
Research prospective business clients, assess competitive landscape, and manage the pipeline of potential Sales clients.
Follow up and qualify inbound leads from all sources, including website and marketing
Analysing and matching solutions to customer requirements.
Maximising customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts.
Conducting research in the assigned industry sector utilising various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc.)
Prospecting from a variety of sources in order to identify new opportunities
Focus on and meet predefined KPIs - e.g. activity targets
Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect information on the database

Requirements

Third level university degree.
At least 2 years of phone or field based sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets, preferably in new business acquisition.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and an ability to persuade at the executive management level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Strong teamwork skills, and highly motivated to achieve team / individual goals and work in a self-managed environment.
