Job Description

Senior Business Systems Analyst with Oracle Agile Product Life Cycle Management experience.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, and intimately familiar with Oracle Agile and Product Lifecycle Management. Knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite is a definite advantage.
The candidate is required to perform cross-functional duties as necessary, and have a proven history of project management, deploying, implementing and supporting Agile PLM Software and Processes.
In addition to PLM, we are looking for candidates who have experience with other Supply Chain processes, especially in the areas of Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Engineering, Costing, Logistics and Procurement.
Experience with outsourced Supply Chain and Manufacturing business models a definite advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake significant travel.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the deployment of Oracle Agile into global SCM environment.
• Manage the Manufacturing Operations Business - IT relationship.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT and external Partners to implement effective and resilient business solutions.
• Build and execute project plans and manage/guide project teams made up of internal resources and/or external consultants.
• Manage, support and maintain PLM applications across the Supply Chain and Partner Relationship business domains.
• Explore business and technology alternatives in order to optimize and or augment existing business processes and IT business solutions.
• Implement cross-system integration solutions to keep data across company accurate and consistent.
• Manage, administer and support the Agile environment and its integration components with Oracle e-Business Suite.
• Provide training and super-user support for the Oracle Agile applications.
• Stay informed on application upgrades and new features from Agile/Oracle.
Skills

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years IT applications experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Agile and Oracle e-Business Suite.
• Communication: Communicates passion, energy, intensity and excitement in a highly articulate manner. Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written across all levels of an organization.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively in a global organization.
• Able to lead projects from discovery through deployment, enhancements, and changes.
• The candidate should be able to discuss and explain their experiences as they relate to the job responsibilities and requirements.
